The power potentiometer returns to zero, and the quenching equipment automatically resets the protection system. Adjust the voltage potentiometer counterclockwise for two to three turns, and release the voltage limiting potentiometer.
Restart the power supply to make the medium frequency furnace voltage rise to 800v~820v. Slowly adjust the overvoltage potentiometer clockwise to make the medium frequency power overvoltage protection act and the overvoltage indicator light is on. Restart to verify whether the overvoltage protection value is accurate.
Restore the voltage limiting setting value and adjust the inverter angle porcelain disc potentiometer to make the ratio of intermediate frequency voltage to DC voltage about 1.4.
Note: The commissioning of overvoltage and voltage limiting shall be carried out under no-load condition. It is strictly forbidden to carry out these two debugging tasks under the condition of heavy load! Otherwise, the consequences will be serious.
Turn on the power supply, start the inverter, and slowly increase the power potentiometer to gradually increase the intermediate frequency voltage. When the voltage reaches 750v, adjust the voltage limiting potentiometer clockwise to make the intermediate frequency voltage no longer rise with the rotation of the power potentiometer.
Debugging methods and steps of medium frequency furnace current limiting
Start the secondary power supply with no load first, and verify the basic starting performance of the power supply and whether all instruments are normal.
Fill the medium frequency furnace with large block materials as far as possible.
Restart the power supply slowly, and pay attention to whether the startup performance of the furnace is good. If it is difficult to establish the intermediate frequency voltage during startup and it is difficult to start immediately, adjust the porcelain disc potentiometer signal to increase the inverter angle.
Start again slowly. After successful startup, gradually increase the power until the current reaches the rated value. Adjust the current limiting potentiometer so that the current does not rise with the rotation of the power potentiometer.
