The heating depth is deep, the area is large, and the induction heating equipment with high power and low frequency should be selected for overall heating; The heating depth is shallow, the area is small, and the induction heating equipment with low relative power and high frequency is selected for local heating.
3、 Heating rate required
The required heating speed is fast, so induction heating equipment with relatively large power and relatively low frequency should be selected.
4、 Continuous working time of equipment
For long continuous working time, induction heating equipment with slightly higher power is relatively selected; on the contrary, equipment with relatively smaller power is selected.
5、 Connecting distance between sensing parts and equipment
The wiring is long and even needs to be connected with water-cooled cables. Induction heating equipment with relatively high power should be selected.
6、 Process requirements
Generally speaking, quenching, welding and other processes can be selected with lower power and higher frequency; For tempering, annealing and other processes, choose higher relative power and lower frequency; For red stamping, hot forging, smelting, etc., processes with good heat transmission effect are required, so the power is selected higher and the frequency is selected lower.
