Transformer is a device that uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to change AC voltage. Its main components are primary coil, secondary coil and iron core (magnetic core). The main functions are: voltage conversion, current conversion, impedance conversion, isolation, voltage stabilization (magnetic saturation transformer), etc.
The transformer combined with our intermediate frequency furnace includes:
1. Power transformer, converts 220V or 380V AC power into 18V voltage for the operation of the intermediate frequency control board.

  1. The intermediate frequency transformer converts the higher intermediate frequency voltage into a voltage of 100V or 20V, which is used to control the voltage limiting and overvoltage of the intermediate frequency board.
  2. The current transformer (a type of transformer) converts a larger current signal into a smaller current signal in proportion, which is beneficial to the application and is provided to the intermediate frequency control board for current limiting and overcurrent control.
