1. The operator of medium frequency smelting furnace shall check the furnace lining and furnace mouth every day before opening the furnace. If there is iron drilling at the furnace mouth, the furnace mouth shall be opened in time and repaired again.

2. The operator of medium frequency smelting furnace shall check whether the electrical cooling water pipe joint and furnace cooling water pipe joint have water leakage or package lifting before power transmission. When this phenomenon exists, the maintenance personnel shall be notified in time for repair or replacement

3. The operator of medium frequency smelting furnace shall check the water pressure of cooling water and oil pressure of oil pump in the furnace body or electrical appliances before power transmission every day. The water pressure of each waterway and the oil pressure of oil pump shall meet the equipment requirements.

4. The operator of medium frequency smelting furnace shall check whether the furnace body has water seepage, leakage of furnace lining materials, absorption of impurities and other phenomena at the same time. If there are problems, they shall be handled in time before starting the furnace.
