What are the power losses during induction heating?

Nov 12, 2021

In the process of induction heating, the power loss mainly includes the following three aspects:

1) Conversion loss between heating coil and workpiece;

2) The transmission loss between the power output and the heating coil is related to the correct adjustment of the circuit, the I2R energy consumption in the circuit, the matching between the power supply and the workpiece and the coil, and the power conversion performance between the power supply and the coil.

3) In the induction heating device, the power loss when the line frequency alternating current is transformed into high-frequency alternating current.
