• Adopt new environmental protection compound furnace lining, heat preservation effect is good, energy saving is better than other furnace type.
• The furnace temperature using microcomputer intelligent instrument, SCR power regulation, pressure regulation, can automatically complete the temperature, heat preservation, cooling and other processes, can use programming control, automatic control box record storage and operation process, with group control, networking and other functions.

Characteristics of well tempering furnace:

• 650℃ series equipped with special gas circulation mechanism and comprehensive ventilation unit, large flow, good air tightness, good uniformity of furnace temperature.
• Adopt new environmental protection composite furnace lining, heat preservation effect is good, energy saving is better than other furnace type.
• The furnace cover adopts innovative multi-layer sealing structure, and adopts manual lever, electro-hydraulic and turbo worm and other mechanisms to lift.
• The furnace temperature is uniform, up to ±5℃, temperature control precision 1℃.

Characteristics of well type gas carburizing furnace:

• Absorption of domestic and foreign advanced technology design and manufacture of new well gas carburizing furnace, using hot air circulation/cooling system, with simple operation, simple maintenance, low failure rate, long service life and other characteristics.
• Combined with the user’s process requirements and different heat treatment processes, different kinds of furnace atmosphere control system (including carbon control instrument, oxygen carbon head, electromagnetic smoke, etc.) are used to achieve more accurate layer penetration of the workpiece, the workpiece hardness is more uniform.
• According to the requirements of users can choose domestic or imported intelligent program instrument, carbon control instrument.

• Well type furnace structure is mainly composed of furnace body, heating element and temperature control system.
• It is mainly used for normalizing, annealing, tempering and other heat treatment of alloy steel, high speed steel, high manganese steel, high chromium steel, shaft, pipe and other metal materials and mechanical parts in general atmosphere or simple protection.
